Jack Fullbrook
Psychotherapist and
Humanistic Integrative Counsellor.
I am an experienced psychotherapist and humanistic integrative counsellor working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, helping them navigate various difficulties.
My approach involves facilitating self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-acceptance to empower individuals to understand their thoughts and feelings. By exploring these aspects, we can uncover potential relief from distress and foster personal growth.
I am a fully insured and registered member of the BACP and abide by the ethical guidelines laid out by these organisations.

My Approach
I work with a range of theoretical models, including attachment theory, psychodynamic counselling, object relations, CBT, transactional analysis, person-centred model, and gestalt.
Sessions are usually held at the same time and on the same day each week via Zoom. These sessions can be for a few weeks or much longer.
Your sessions with me are completely private and confidential. I offer a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can bring whatever is distressing you.
Our sessions are guided by your own experiences, perspectives, and understanding of life events.

How to begin
Please get in touch by email or by filling out the form below to arrange a free 20-minute initial consultation via Zoom.
This will give us an opportunity to meet and discuss whether therapy might be helpful for you.
If you decide to continue, we’ll arrange a regular day and time to meet, which could be a finite number of sessions or ongoing weekly therapy.
My fees are £65 for a 50-minute session.
